Roberto De Gante Velez, 31, 714 Spring St., was charged Aug. 28 with three counts of second-degree possessing stolen property. Velez is accused of knowingly receiving, possessing, retaining, concealing or disposing of three stolen access devices in August.

Court report - Walla Walla County

Tamika L. Marzette-Blakely, 36, Yakima, Wash., was charged Aug. 27 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and one count of possession of a controlled substance by a person not a prisoner. Marzette-Blakely is accused of unlawfully delivering marijuana, unlawfully possessing marijuana with the intent to deliver it, and knowingly possessing or controlling marijuana at the Washington State Penitentiary on Aug. 24.
