DeJesus, 22, Kennewick, was charged Oct. 1 with attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle, third-degree driving while license suspended, and obstructing a law enforcement officer. DeJesus is accused of willfully failing or refusing to stop his vehicle after having been signaled to do so by a uniformed police officer; driving with a suspended or revoked license; and willfully hindering, delaying or obstructing a law enforcement officer on Sept. 29.
