Instead of spending money on their jail and healthcare maybe we should build a gladiator ring and let them have at each other. Last person alive goes to jail to fight another day. Any suggestions to what the ticket sales should go to?

You have spent MILLIONS on new schools. You now have one of the highest tax rates in the state to fund Valley Transit. You have allocated millions toward a new police station. SOooooooooo......what is it you REALLY need to start spending money on?
