That is really very pitiful, and I firmly believe that the teachers should be taking these tests instead,so that we know that they are able to teach our kids what they need to know to graduate and become productive adults.Based on these numbers there is a problem.Teachers are overworked, underpaid, and have their hands tied in the classroom. To add insult to injury,the classrooms are too crowded and there is a language barrier to hurdle..Something has to give..why must it be the kids?
