Take the food and wine experience to the next level by signing up for our interactive cooking classes with Chef Penny in our winery kitchen. During the classes you will participate in hands-on cooking, sample some Three Rivers wines, sit down and enjoy what you helped prepare, and take home a copy of the featured recipes. Wine will be available to purchase for those who would like to enjoy a glass while cooking.
In this class Chef Penny will teach you the exciting art of flambéing! You will learn the basic techniques and will have fun creating some classic dishes like Bananas Foster, Cherry Jubilee and Baked Alaska. This is one class you do not want to miss!
Chef Penny has worked most recently at Cameo Heights Mansion where she cooked for the guests and also offered very successful cooking classes. She was awarded first runner-up in a recent regional Iron Chef competition called “Savor the Flavor”, was chosen as Top Chef on Open Table (2012) and is listed in Best Chefs America for 2013. We are excited to share her knowledge with you in a fun and relaxed environment!
