Take the food and wine experience to the next level by signing up for our interactive cooking classes with Chef Penny in our winery kitchen. During the classes you will participate in hands-on cooking, sample some Three Rivers wines, sit down and enjoy what you helped prepare, and take home a copy of the featured recipes. Wine will be available to purchase for those who would like to enjoy a glass while cooking.
In our first class, The Art of Pan Searing, you will learn the secrets of pan searing the perfect piece of salmon and New York steak, and finish with the making of a compound butter and a brandy peppercorn creme for the New York.
Chef Penny has worked most recently at Cameo Heights Mansion where she cooked for the guests and also offered very successful cooking classes. We are excited to share her knowledge with you in a fun and relaxed environment!
