Take the food and wine experience to the next level by signing up for our interactive cooking classes with Chef Penny in our winery kitchen. During the classes you will participate in hands-on cooking, sample some Three Rivers wines, sit down and enjoy what you helped prepare, and take home a copy of the featured recipes. Wine will be available to purchase for those who would like to enjoy a glass while cooking.
Menu for the night: Learn how to make delicious appetizers to wow your family and friends! Baked Brie wrapped in puff pastry and filled with apricot, seafood stuffed mushroom caps, and escargot. You will also learn Penny’s special filling, cream cheese with different flavors that can be added to many different dishes. One filling - so many ways to use it!
Chef Penny has worked most recently at Cameo Heights Mansion where she cooked for the guests and also offered very successful cooking classes. She was awarded first runner-up in a recent regional Iron Chef competition called “Savor the Flavor”, was chosen as Top Chef on Open Table (2012) and is listed in Best Chefs America for 2013. We are excited to share her knowledge with you in a fun and relaxed environment!
