WESTON -- Duncan Clark, 70, of 302 E. Main St., died Dec. 7, 2009, at the Providence St. Mary Medical Center.
Viewing will be from 1-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Friday at Munselle-Rhodes Funeral Home, 902 S. Main St., Milton-Freewater, OR 97862. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Weston Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of donor's choice through the funeral home.
Mr. Clark was born Feb. 4, 1939, in Portland to Edward Victor and Elizabeth Taylor Clark. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served seven tours in Vietnam. While in the service, he met and married Nancy Dagg in Seattle. Following his honorable discharge, he worked as a machinist in the Portland shipyards for 12 years. The couple moved to Weston in 1986. Mrs. Clark died in 2001.
He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and Milton Lodge No. 96 AF&AM. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and working on cars.
Mr. Clark is survived by two sons, Duane Clark of La Grande and James Clark of San Francisco; three daughters, Sherri Clark of Seattle, Theresa Clark of Weston and Nancy Jean Clark of Portland; 19 grandchildren; and numerous great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Terri Craig; and two sons, Lewis Patrick Clark and Duncan Victor Clark Jr.
