The parents of Ashley Ann Marie Hines announce her engagement to Ray Emanuel Castillo, both of Walla Walla.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Ron and Laura Aichele of Walla Walla and Jeffrey Hines of Kennewick. A running start student at Walla Walla High School, she graduated from Walla Walla Community College in 2003.
The groom-elect is the son of Raymond Castillo of Walla Walla and Beatrice Martinez of College Place. He graduated from WWCC in 2002.
Both the bride- and groom-elect are self employed.
A Jan. 16, 2010, wedding at St. Patrick Catholic Church is planned.
