WALLA WALLA -- A local man is $25,000 to the plus today after a club's raffle drawing.
Walla Walla Noon Rotary Club held the raffle prize drawing after its regular meeting today. Winners include Alan Gillespie -- $25,000 -- and Jim Parrish, Gerri and Rick Coleman, Jim McCarthy and Kelly Stinnett -- $1,000 each -- for a total of $29,000 in prizes.
All winners are Walla Walla residents. Funds raised in the raffle will support local scholarships and the Rotary Foundation.
