Activities and weekly lunch menus at area senior centers
Activities offered daily at The Center at the Park, 720 Sprague Ave., include pool and cards from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
A complete listing of current center activities, classes and health and welfare programs may be found in the center’s monthly newsletter, The Bottom Line.
The annual center membership fee, $12 per person, includes a subscription to the newsletter.
Spanish is spoken at the Center at the Park.
Adult day care is provided at the Adult Day Center 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday.

Senior Round Table luncheons are served weekdays at noon at The Center at the Park.
For more information, call 509-527-3775. Bread and milk are served with all meals and a salad bar is available Monday-Friday. The menu this week is:
Monday: Hamburgers, lettuce and tomato, three-bean salad, fruit juice, bun, apple.
Tuesday: Turkey, Dressing, gravy, peas and pearl onions, boiled potatoes, bread, apple cobbler.
Wednesday: Baked ham with pineapple, mixed vegetables, scalloped potatoes, bread, cake.
Thursday: Closed.
Friday: Closed.
Lunch is served at Waitsburg Presbyterian Church, 504 Main St., Waitsburg on Tuesdays. Home-delivered meals are available.

Milton-Freewater and Weston seniors can enjoy hot lunches and socialize at the senior centers in Milton-Freewater and Weston. Activities are offered 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesdays and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Fridays at the Milton-Freewater Senior Citizens Center, 311 N. Main St.
Hot lunches are served at noon on Tuesdays and Fridays. Bingo is 1 p.m. every Tuesday and pinochle is 7 p.m. every Friday. The Weston Senior Citizens Center on Main Street is open for social time and a hot lunch is served at noon on Wednesdays.

The suggested donation is $3.50 for meals for those 60 and older or children under 8; and $6 for those 59 and younger.

Tuesday: Roast turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, brussels sprouts, carrot raisin salad, oatmeal muffin, peach cobbler.
Friday: closed.
The Weston menu is:
Wednesday: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, tossed salad, baked squash, biscuits, gingerbread bars.
Seniors of the Blue Mountains and Walla Walla Valley offer a meal at noon Thursdays in the Milton-Freewater Community Building, 109 N.E. Fifth Ave.
Hot rolls and milk are served with every meal. The suggested donation is $3. The menu this week is:
