  • Kevin Ramos, 17, 1809 Plaza Way, No. 20, was sentenced Dec. 11 on one violation of Uniform Controlled Substances Act-possession of less than 40 grams marijuana. The sentence included 10 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, six months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs, restitution of $9.90. On Nov. 25 Ramos pleaded guilty to unlawfully possessing marijuana in an amount less that 40 grams on May 6.

  • Victorino Bautista, 17, 808 W. Willow St., was sentenced Dec. 11 on one count fourth-degree assault. The sentence included 30 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for eight days served, 12 months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Nov. 25, Bautista pleaded guilty to assaulting another under circumstances not amounting to first-, second-, third- or custodial assault on Oct. 15.

  • Christian Radebaugh, 16, 411 S.E. Elm Ave., College Place, was sentenced Dec. 11 on one count obstruction of a public servant. The sentence included 30-40 months in a DSHS facility, credit for seven days served, 12 months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Nov. 25 Radebaugh pleaded guilty to willfully obstructing a law enforcement officer in the discharge of his or her official duties on Sept. 25.
