COLFAX -- After a three-game loss to Colton in Southeast 1B District volleyball play here on Thursday, Touchet advances to a loser-out match against Tri-Cities Prep at Dayton on Saturday.
A total of six teams remain in the hunt at Dayton for three tickets to the state volleyball tournament next week.
The Saturday schedule will be:
Match 5: Touchet vs. Tri-Cities Prep (loser-out), 11:30 a.m.;
Match 6: Rosalia vs. Colton (loser out), 11:30 a.m.;
Match 7: St. John-Endicott vs. Lacrosse-Washtucna (winner No. 1 to state, loser No. 2 to state), 2:30 p.m.;
Match 8: Winner 5 vs. Winner 6 (Winner No. 3 to state, loser out), 2:30 p.m.
