Dayton resident, third suspect in rape case, arrested

DAYTON -- The third suspect in a sex crime case involving a 16-year-old girl was arrested last week.

Skyler Glasby, 20, of Dayton, is charged with one count of second degree rape and one count of unlawful imprisonment in connection with three rapes that allegedly occurred Sept. 14.

Glasby is being held in Garfield County Jail, with bail set at $300,000.

Previously charged in the case are Trisha Gatlin, 37, 201 S. Fourth St., and Kyle Cunnington, 19, address unconfirmed.

Gatlin is charged with three counts of being an accomplice to second-degree rape, one count of indecent liberties and two counts of unlawful imprisonment. Cunnington is charged with two counts each of second-degree rape and unlawful imprisonment.

Gatlin and Cunnington remain jailed.
