Children's author Nancy Attebury and illustrator Joan Madsen will talk about and sign their new book, "'Twas the Night Before Round-Up," 1 p.m. Saturday at Book and Game, 38 E. Main St.
This is Attebury's 16th book for children and Madsen's first. It is a whimsical tale about the adventure of four energetic "cowkids" that takes place the night before the Pendleton Round-Up. Included in the book are facts and activities for children to do. Copies of the book are available at Book and Game and Earthlight Books, and one is also available for check-out from the Walla Walla City Library. For more information, call 509-529-9963.
