'Miracle Worker' will be great show

"The Miracle Worker," the story of Helen Keller and her teacher, Annie Sullivan, begins its run at The Little Theatre on Friday. Do not miss this play!

Because of the careful and sensitive direction of Terry and Sherry McConn, the stellar cast brings this production to life in a way that makes you care. As part of the backstage crew, I have had the opportunity to see the play, which is written exquisitely and performed outstandingly.

I believe you will never forget either the play or the performance, finding them to be intense, engrossing, moving and uplifting. There are only seven performances over three weekends. Typically, audiences build throughout the run due to word of mouth, and if many wait to hear how others like it, they likely will miss out.

It would surprise me if it did not sell out performance after performance.
