The Eastgate Lions Club will sponsor a turkey shoot at 9 a.m. Sunday at the Walla Walla Gun Club, near the Walla Walla Regional Airport, off Middle Waitsburg Road. There will be classes for beginner, intermediate and expert shooters.
An on-site pancake, egg and sausage breakfast will begin at 8 a.m. and costs $5.
The group plans to make this an annual event. All proceeds will aid the Eastgate Lion Club's work with visually and hearing handicapped persons. For information, call 520-9343 or 520-2351.
