PRESCOTT -- The Washington State Fair Association honored Bruce and Susan Matley as "Service Members of the Year" during the Association convention last month.
The Matleys perform western music as Nevada Slim & Cimarron Sue.
The award recognizes the duo for contributing to the Association by volunteering, upholding the ethics of business and conduct, and promoting the mission and goodwill of the service members. Service members include entertainers, agents, vendors and carnivals.
