Mitchel L. Moller, 25, 25 S.E. Eighth St., College Place, was sentenced Nov. 16 on one count each second-degree burglary and harassment. The sentence included restitution to be determined, $200 in court costs, $170.50 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 88 days in the county jail converted to Department of Corrections work crew, 12 months community custody. On Nov. 16 Moller pleaded guilty to entering or remaining in a building with intent to commit a crime against a person or property within and grabbed and pushed another person and threatened to cause bodily injury to another person on or about May 31.
Ismael Rojas, 18, 604 University St. was sentenced Nov. 13 on one count third-degree theft. The sentence included 10 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for four days served, six months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Oct. 30 Rojas pleaded guilty to taking money with intent to deprive the owner of it on June 24.
Jordan Cruz, 12, 546 1/2 N. Sixth Ave. was sentenced Nov. 13 on one count third-degree assault. The sentence included 30 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 30 days served, 12 months community supervision, 32 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Oct. 30, Cruz pleaded guilty to, with criminal negligence, causing bodily harm to another with a deadly weapon on July 29.
