Walla Walla Healing Rooms open for prayer Wednesday
WALLA WALLA — Walla Walla Healing Rooms offers prayer for healing from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Wednesdays at Pioneer House, 1018 Whitman St., across from Pioneer Park’s aviary. St. Paul’s Episcopal to hold jazz concert on Thursday
The First Thursday concert at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 323 Catherine St., will be 12:15 p.m. Thursday.
The concert features Mark Brown, playing jazz on the new Fandrich Sons piano. He is the executive director of Friends of Children of Walla Walla. He started his career as a professional musician before returning to school and earning a degree in psychology. He has played in various venues around Walla Walla.

Interfaith Potluck planned Saturday at Islamic Center
WEST RICHLAND — An Interfaith Potluck will take place at 6 p.m. Saturday at the Tri-Cities Islamic Center, 2900 Bombing Range Road. Members of several religious groups from the Tri-Cities will attend, including Beth Shalom Synagogue, Guru Nanak Sikh Organization, Shalom United Church of Christ, and Community Unitarian Universalist Church. There will be a panel presentation on gratitude and the table blessings from our various traditions. Bring your favorite dish, with the recipe, to share. No pork, shellfish, or alcohol.
