Roberto Reyes Arroyo, 19, 330 W. Chestnut St., was charged Oct. 12 with residential burglary and third-degree malicious mischief. Arroyo is accused of unlawfully entering or remaining in a dwelling with the intent to commit a crime, and knowingly and maliciously damaging property on Oct. 11.
Vernon R. Johnson Jr., 29, 47 E. Chestnut St., was charged Oct. 12 with attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle, hit-and-run -- unattended, and third-degree driving while license suspended. Johnson is accused of willfully failing or refusing to stop his vehicle after being signaled to do so by a uniformed police officer, leaving the scene of a collision, and driving with a suspended or revoked license on Oct. 10.
