SWEAR-IN: Swore in Todd Stubblefield as board member representing district 3.
POLICIES: Approved policies on the district's responsibility for privately-owned property; minimum basic education compliance form; but tabled a resolution for the school programs and operations levy. Unanimous.
HIRES: Approved hiring Jason Grove as a first-grade teacher; and Curtis Sloan and Mike Collins as middle school boys basketball coaches. Unanimous.
RESIGN: Accepted resignation from Mike Ruiz as custodian; and approved termination of Charles Baxter as custodian. Unanimous.
BILLS: Approved paying bills from general fund for $156,703.63; associated student body fund for $111.56; and payroll for $500,284.01. Unanimous.
