TOUCHET — With senior night on tap at the Touchet gym, the Indians pulled out a surprise victory over Dayton in three games.

Touchet won 25-19, 25-19 and 25-18 for a 3-5 record in the Southeast B South Division.

Touchet’s leaders were Reanna Butler with nine kills, Zoe Weaver with six kills and Carley Frazier with 17 assists.

"That’s the best we’ve played," Touchet coach Stephanie Paulson said. "The girls wanted it. It was senior night, and they left everything on the court.

"The girls played with heart, and it was a very exciting match," she added.

Touchet now advances to the Class 1B tournament in Colfax on Thursday with a 3 p.m. match against Colton.
