RICHLAND -- Regional transportation plans will be the focus of an open house Wednesday hosted by the Benton-Franklin Council of Governments.
Transportation improvement programs of the cities, counties, ports and transit agencies in Benton, Franklin and Walla Walla counties will be discussed beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Richland city shops, 2700 Duportail St.
The open house will have displays of projects involving all modes of transportation planned for the next six-year period. Officials from various jurisdictions will be available to answer questions.
