MILTON-FREEWATER -- A combined artist reception and fourth anniversary celebration will be from 5:30-7 p.m. Sept. 17 at Suncatcher Studio & Fine Crafts, 508 N. Main St.
Plein air artist Roy Goff and Blue Mountain Photo Club's featured photographer Dave Gibson, will be there to meet and discuss their art. The studio is celebrating its fourth year in the location.
