Westley E. Boling, 720 W. Davis St., Rawlings, Wyo., was sentenced Aug. 28, on one count minor in possession and or consuming liquor. One other count was dismissed. The sentence included 10 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 10 days served, six months community supervision, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Aug. 28, Boling pleaded guilty to consuming alcohol while under the age of 21 years on Aug. 18.

Esmeralda Villa, 17, 1135 W. Pine St., was sentenced Aug. 28, on one count contempt-truancy. The sentence included 30 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 20 days served, 12 months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On July 17, Villa pleaded guilty to disobeying a lawful court order to attend school between Feb. 11 and April 22.

Sarah Miller, 17, 209 N. Madison St., was sentenced Sept. 4, on one count contempt-truancy. The sentence included 30 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 24 days served, 12 months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Aug. 21, Miller pleaded guilty to disobeying a lawful court order to attend school between May 6 and May 7.

Daijohn A. Gonzalez, 16, 316 S. 10th Ave., was sentenced Aug. 28, on one count second-degree assault. The sentence included 15-36 weeks in a Department of Social and Health Services facility, credit for 16 days served, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Aug. 14, Gonzalez pleaded guilty to intentionally assaulting another person and recklessly inflicting substantial bodily harm.
