Stanford then scored in the 30th minute from an assist by Flores.
Trevino assisted goals by Christian Zargosa in the 74th minute and by Lupito Salazar in the 79th minute.
The Bulldogs scored in the 60th minute from a free kick.
We had a good start. We attacked quick," Mac-Hi coach Jose Garcia said. "The only problem we had was that we missed about 12 goals with one-on-one shots on the goalie.
"We had a lot of misses," Garcia said. "We should have had close to 15 goals.
"So we have some things to work on," he said. "Overall as a team we played well. Our midfield play was amazing."
The Pioneers play again against Wahtonka in The Dalles on Tuesday.
