Joseph Demetrio Dejesus, 18, 811 N. Main St., Milton-Freewater, was sentenced Aug. 31, on one count each violation of Uniform Controlled Substances Act-possession of methamphetamine and no valid operator’s license. The court dismissed two other counts. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $62 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $1,000 violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act fee, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 each crime lab and biological fee, 30 days in the county jail, credit for 30 days served, 12 months community custody. On Aug. 3, Dejesus pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle without a driver’s license and unlawfully possessing methamphetamine on June 20.
Cory A. Doepker, 25, 627 Roosevelt St., No. 3, was sentenced Aug. 31, on one count residential burglary. The court dismissed one other count. The sentence included restitution to be determined, $200 in court costs, $93.60 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 90 days in the county jail, credit for three days served, 87 days converted to Department of Corrections work crew, 24 months community custody. On Aug. 17, Deopker pleaded guilty to entering or remaining unlawfully in a residence with intent to commit a crime by taking property on or about June 9.
