Dolores Barnhart

August 2, 1911 --April 4, 2010

Dolores Florence (Greening) Barnhart was born August 2, 1911 in Startup, Washington, and grew up in Walla Walla. After graduating from Walla Walla Valley Academy, she moved to Seattle and married Edgar S. Barnhart in 1942. Dolores loved animals and caring for people in need. She returned to her beloved Walla Walla in 1980. Dolores was a colporter and never missed a camp meeting.

Dolores is survived by two daughters: Brenda and Warren McGuire, of Arden Hills, Minnesota, with grandchildren
Luke, Joel, Claire and Sam; and Darlene and Allen Perry of Sun City, California, with granddaughter Nicole; and
three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar, in 1984.

Her great joy was the surety of the resurrection and meeting her Savior. Dolores passed away peacefully at the age of 98 in Arden Hills, Minnesota on Easter Sunday. A graveside funeral service will be held at 10:00 am Sunday, April 11th at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the College Place Village SDA Church,
