• Francisco Villagomez Ibarra, 25, 723 N. Russell St. Sunday. Charges: investigation of possession of a controlled substance-marijuana and manufacturing a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school.

• South Fourth and McAuliff avenues. April 5. Vehicle prowled, prescription medicine stolen.

• 4700 block Second Street, Dixie. Flats of flower plants taken.

• Highway 335 (Helix Highway). Saturday. Theft complaint filed.
• Highway 204, Weston. Saturday. Unauthorized use reported.
• Birch Creek Road, Milton-Freewater. Theft reported.

Collisions

WW Police

• Newell Street and Second Avenue. 8:05 p.m. Saturday. Driver turned left and struck a parked vehicle.
• Tietan and Howard streets. 5:27 p.m. Sunday. Driver failed to stop for the light and collided with a vehicle in the intersection.
• South Fourth Avenue and West Alder Street. 2:26 a.m. Sunday. Driver struck fire hydrant and fled the scene. Driver and vehicle were later located.

• Blalock Drive and Hussey Street. 10:30 a.m. Sunday. Driver failed to yeild at stop and struck a vehicle in the intersection.

Umatilla County Sheriff

• County Road, Milton-Freewater. 3:23 p.m. Friday. Hit-and-run collision reported. No injuries.
