Joseph William Starr, 20, White Swan, Wash. Wednesday. Charge: investigation of DOC violation.

THEFTS, BURGLARIES

Portland Avenue and White Street. Sunday. Vehicle prowl. Window had been left partially open. iPod, flash drive, books and backpack taken.

200 block Boyer Avenue. Front wheel of bicycle taken.

WW County Sheriff

17000 block U.S. Highway 12, Touchet. Debit card information appropriated and used fraudulently.

CP Police

700 block S.E,. Heron Drive. Garbage can stolen.

MF Police

St Francis Church, 914 Vining Street. Plants and shrubs stolen.

Umatilla County Sheriff

000 block North Franklin Street, Weston. Theft reported.

000 block South Washington Street, Weston. Burglary reported.

000 block North Franklin Street. Unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle reported.

Gerking Flat Road, Athena. Theft reported.

ASSAULTS

WW County Sheriff

700 block Coppei Avenue. 10:24 p.m. Tuesday. Several people assaulted and shots fired at two. Nobody struck by bullets. Two persons treated by Waitsburg Ambulance crew. Assailant fled the scene identified as Ryan Araya.

COLLISIONS

CP Police

Southeast 12th Street and Vista Place. 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. Driver stopped to make a right turn into a parking lot and was rear-ended by another vehicle. No injuries reported.

FIRE, AMBULANCE RUNS

WW Ambulance

12th St. and S.E. Newgate Drive, College Place. 2:32 p.m., Wednesday. Motor vehicle accident. A 75-year-old man had no injuries and was not transported.

CP Fire Dept.

Southeast 12th Street and Vista Place. 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. Two-vehicle collision. Nobody transported.

VANDALISM

Yantis Park, 200 Dehaven Street. Damage to men's restroom.
