Terry L. (Snodgrass) Myrick-Fricke, 65, of 1204 Boyer Ave., Walla Walla, succumbed to her hard-fought battle with cancer on April 24, 2010, at Providence St. Mary Medical Center.

The memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, May 16, 2010, at the Eagles Aerie, 350 S. Second Ave., Walla Walla.

Terry was born Oct. 31, 1944, in Portland. Terry's parents were Leonard and Betty (Tice) Snodgrass. She attended school in Portland, and later moved to the Walla Walla Valley. Terry worked many years at the Walla Walla Country Club and retired in the early 1980s. On Jan. 6, 1994, she married Raymond Fricke.

She was a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and joined the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary 26 in 1991. Terry served as madame president of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aux. 26 in 1996-1997 and was State madame president of Fraternal Order of Eagles for the state of Washington in 2006-2007.

She is survived by her husband, at home; two daughters, Rena Bardsley and Tammy Jenkins, both of Kennewick; four sons, Larry Jenkins of Milton Freewater, Leonard Jenkins of Spokane, Timothy Jenkins of Walla Walla and Jeffrey Jenkins of Dayton; two sisters, Frances Nelson of Milton Freewater and Betty Lowe of Athena; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Terry was preceded in death by her parents.
