  • Candice B. Hendrickson, 27, 1026 Puff Lane, Apt. B, College Place, was charged Aug. 10 with second-degree burglary, third-degree theft, second-degree attempted burglary, and two counts of third-degree malicious mischief. Hendrickson is accused of unlawfully entering or remaining in a building with the intent to commit a crime, wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over $500 in cash, attempting to enter or remain unlawfully in a building with the intent to commit a crime, and knowingly and maliciously damaging property on two occasions between Oct. 27 and 28, 2009.

  • Lonnie L. Montoya, 28, 1429 Jasper St., was charged Aug. 10 with violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and possession of a dangerous weapon. Montoya is accused of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine and unlawfully having a switchblade knife on Aug. 9.

  • Daniel A. Lindt Jr., 30, Coyote Ridge Corrections Center, Connell, Wash., was charged Aug. 10 with second-degree burglary, third-degree theft, second-degree attempted burglary, and two counts of third-degree malicious mischief. Lindt is accused of unlawfully entering or remaining in a building with the intent to commit a crime, wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over $500 in cash, attempting to enter or remain unlawfully in a building with the intent to commit a crime, and knowingly and maliciously damaging property on two occasions between Oct. 27 and 28, 2009.

  • Michael Joaquin Chacon, 36, 1246 Grant St., was sentenced Aug. 9 on one count unlawful imprisonment-domestic violence. The court dismissed two other counts. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $102.10 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, credit for 139 days served, 24 months community custody. On June 3 Chacon pleaded guilty to knowingly and unlawfully restraining a human being and the offense constituted a domestic violence crime, the victim being a family or household member as defined by RCW Chapter 26.50.010(2).
