WALLA WALLA -- The road into Rooks Park will be open Wednesday during normal operating hours from 7 a.m. to sunset. The road had been scheduled to close for work on electrical upgrades to the Mill Creek Diversion dam, but that project has been postponed. Officials with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will provide further information about the project at a later date.
