Cardio Strength Bootcamp adult fitness program begins Sept. 7

WALLA WALLA - Cardio Strength Bootcamp adult fitness program, is now taking registrations for its September sessions.

The bootcamp begins on Sept. 7 to accommodate the Labor Day holiday. All other sessions will run Mondays and Thursdays until Sept. 30.

Participants may register for either a 6-6:40 a.m. session or a 3:40-4:20 p.m. session.

All sessions will be held at the Sharpstein Elementary School gymnasium.

Cardio Strength Bootcamp offers workouts that incorporate challenging strength training combinations and fat-torching cardio work.

Workouts are research-based and have been proven to outperform traditional aerobic (treadmill, elliptical, etc.) training for conditioning and fat loss.

Workouts are short, safe, progressive, and innovative. No prior experience is necessary.

This class incorporates TRX suspension trainers, sandbells, kettlebells, rope drills, medicine balls, sledgehammer work, and body weight exercises to provide a guaranteed fitness and fat loss experience for all participants.

Information is also provided after each class for "On Your Own" workouts, nutrition, motivation and more.

Cost for the session is $45.
