- Miguel A. Angulo, 25, 469 Russet Road, was charged Aug. 19 with violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Angulo is accused of unlawfully delivering marijuana on Feb. 9.
- Miguel Angel Saucedo, 19, 501 W. Chestnut St., was charged Aug. 23 with violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and possessing a stolen firearm. Saucedo is accused of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine and knowingly possessing, carrying, delivering, selling, being in control of, receiving, retaining, concealing or disposing of a stolen revolver on Aug. 21.
- Marion A. Bennett, 20, 1726 E. Melrose St., was charged Aug. 23 with first-degree burglary, theft of a firearm, second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, second-degree theft and with forgery. Bennett is accused of unlawfully entering or remaining in a building with the intent to commit a crime; wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over a revolver; unlawfully owning or having the revolver; wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over $1,000 in cash; and falsely making, completing, altering, possessing, uttering, offering, disposing of or putting off as true a forged check on Aug. 17.
- Amanda L. Patton, 19, complete address unavailable, College Place, was charged Aug. 20 with second-degree taking a motor vehicle without permission and with obstructing a law enforcement officer. Patton is accused of intentionally taking, driving away or voluntarily riding in a vehicle without permission; and willfully hindering, delaying or obstructing an officer on Aug. 17.
- Carissa C. Cole, 18, 144 Whitman St., was charged Aug. 20 with second-degree taking a motor vehicle without permission and with obstructing a law enforcement officer. Cole is accused of intentionally taking, driving away or voluntarily riding in a vehicle without permission; and willfully hindering, delaying or obstructing an officer on Aug. 17.
- Enrique Guevara-Mier, 31, 18 W. Chestnut St., was charged Aug. 23 with second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and with violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Guevara-Mier is accused of unlawfully owning or having a revolver and unlawfully possessing methamphetamine on Aug. 21.
