HELIX - Despite 12 points from Garrett Rogers, and 10 points and an equal number of rebounds from junior Riley Sederburg, Helix dropped its second straight non-conference game in as many nights here Saturday.

The Grizzlies wallowed through a rough fourth quarter in which they were outscored 27-5 and dropped a 69-40 decision to Imbler.

"We stuck close for most of the game," Helix coach Brooke Garton said. "We played tough for the first three quarters of the game. The kids worked really hard on defense."

Sederburg scored eight of his points in the third quarter as Helix closed a 13-point halftime deficit to seven, 42-35, heading into the final period.

"Riley is a tough, tough kid," Garton said. "If he can stay out of foul trouble, he can cause a lot of damage to teams."

Helix's next game is Tuesday at Touchet.
