PILOT ROCK - D'Marcus Bowie scored 16 points and snagged 10 rebounds here Friday night at Pilot Rock opened the 2010-11 prep basketball season with a 47-32 victory over Mac-Hi.
Logan Thorne was the Rockets' leading scorer with 18 points.
Mac-Hi results were not reported. The Pioneers return to action Tuesday at DeSales.
