UMATILLA - Kelsie Schafer scored a team-high 14 points, and Kristi Buell had eight, but Riverside still got by Walla Walla Valley Academy's girls at the Columbia River Clash, 45-31, here Thursday.

"Our girls are learning to rebound better, but their turnovers are still hurting us," Knights assistant coach Jonathan Solis said. "But I did see a little improvement."

The Knights, now 0-3 on the season, play Weston-McEwen at 1 p.m. today.
