planning: Resolution to appoint Tom Glover as director of the Walla Walla Joint Community Development Agency and designate that position to fill role of community development director.

legal services: Execute engagement letter agreement with Summit Law Services for certain services.

property disposal: Agreement for disposition of unclaimed personal property in the hands of the county sheriff.

labor: Consider approval of memorandum of understanding related to labor agreement between the sheriff, county commission and Commissioned Deputies Association of the Walla Walla County Sheriff's Office.

holidays: Approve 2011 holidays for county personnel.

weed control: Approve 2011 budget for county Noxious Weed Control Board and set assessment for weed control program.

public works: Open bids for purchase of dump truck.

loan: Discussion by county Finance Committee and possible approve of loan to county Human Services Department for property acquisition.

legislators: Meet with 16th District state legislators to discuss county-related issues and items of mutual interest that may be considered during the next session of the state Legislature.


Workshop: Discussion of new Walla Walla Joint Community Development Agency and possibly continue discussion on 2011 budget.

Donation: Acceptance of "Skateboard Boy" statue form Skylite Gallery.

Animal ordinance fines: Adopt fines ranging from $145 to $472 for various infractions, including unlicensed animal, restrain of dog, vicious animal and no permit for livestock, among other items.

Water conservation: Adopt updated water management plan.
