Patricia A. Allan of Milton-Freewater passed away Dec. 7, 2010, at the Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla, at the age of 60 years. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2010, at 11 a.m. at the Munselle-Rhodes Funeral Home Chapel, 902 S. Main, Milton-Freewater, Ore., with Pastor Steve Lyons officiating. Those who wish may make memorial contributions in memory of Patricia Allan to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association in care of the funeral home.
Patricia Ann Allan was born on July 6, 1950, the daughter of Ernest Edward and Stella Virginia (Richards) Allan in Toppenish, Wash. She attended area schools in Toppenish before moving to Goldendale, Wash. Patricia lived in numerous areas over the years including, Anchorage, Alaska, Tacoma and Montana for a time before settling in Milton-Freewater in 1986. She had three children, James, Larry and Gloria. James, her infant son preceded her in death. While living in Milton-Freewater, Patricia worked as a caregiver and in 2003, she met her fianc, James "Jim" Larson. Together the couple enjoyed many good times together. Patricia also enjoyed fishing, gardening, camping and most of all spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include her children, Larry White of Olympia and Gloria White of Milton-Freewater; her fianc, James "Jim" Larson of Milton-Freewater; her mother, Stella Parker of Zillah, Wash.; brothers, Don and Ernie Allan, both of Zillah, Wash.; and numerous other relatives and friends. Her father and infant son, James White, preceded her in death.
