School Board to hold public work session on facilities

WALLA WALLA -- The Walla Walla School Board will hold a public work session Tuesday to discuss facilities pre-planning.

The meeting will begin at 4 p.m. in the district's board room, 364 S. Park St., and is open to the public.

The board will also review architectural Request for Proposals during the work session.

In the next few months, the board will be weighing whether the time is right to seek a bond to upgrade its high school facilities.

Both Walla Walla High School and Lincoln Alternative High School have been identified in recent facilities studies as being in serious need of improvements.
