  • Rico Ramos, 17, 617 S.E. Mockingbird Drive, College Place, was sentenced Dec. 3 on one count each fourth-degree assault and resisting arrest. The sentence included 40 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 21 days served, six months community supervision, 30 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Nov. 19 Ramos pleaded guilty to, under circumstances not amounting to first-, second- or third-degree assault or custodial assault, assaulted another person and attempted to prevent a law enforcement officer from arresting him on Aug. 6.

  • Kevin F. Rivera, 13, 620 Frisco St., was sentenced Dec. 3 on one count third-degree malicious mischief. The sentence included 10 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for two days served, nine months community supervision, 30 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Nov. 19, Rivera pleaded guilty to knowingly and maliciously causing physical damage to property of another on Aug. 23.

  • Mason D. Johnson, 17, 1820 Evergreen St., was sentenced Dec. 8 on one count third-degree theft and possession of less than 40 grams marijuana. The sentence included 60 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for six days served, 12 months community supervision, 40 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Nov. 19, Johnson pleaded guilty to taking a specialized bicycle belonging to someone else with a value not exceeding $750 on June 12 and to possessing less than 40 grams marijuana on May 27.
