  • Gregory St. John Wolfe, 46, 1081/2 Newell St., was sentenced Dec. 9 on one count each violation of Uniform Controlled Substances Act-delivery of marijuana and violation of Uniform Controlled Substances Act-manufacturing of marijuana. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $72 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $1,000 violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act fee, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 crime lab and biological fee, 181 days in the county jail, 181 days converted to home detention, 12 months community custody. On Nov. 22 Wolfe pleaded guilty to unlawful delivery of marijuana on Aug. 11 and unlawful growing of marijuana Sept. 12.

  • Francisco Javier Lopez-Bautista, 32, 46 E. Chestnut St., was sentenced Dec. 13 on one count violation of Uniform Controlled Substances Act-possession of cocaine. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $62 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $1,000 violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act fee, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 crime lab and biological fee, 60 days in the county jail, credit for 19 days served, 12 months community custody. On Nov. 29 Lopez-Bautista pleaded guilty to unlawfully possessing cocaine Oct. 19.

  • Miguel Angel Angulo, 24, 469 Russet Road, was sentenced Dec. 13 on one count violation of Uniform Controlled Substances Act-possession of less than 40 grams marijuana. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $56.60 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, 90 days in the county jail, 75 days suspended, 15 days converted to Department of Corrections work crew. On Dec. 8 Angulo pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of less than 40 grams marijuana Feb. 9.

  • James Morris Clontz III, 18, 231 Cowell Drive, Prescott, was sentenced Dec. 13on one count third-degree theft. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $85.90 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, 365 days in the county jail, 335 days suspended, credit for five days served, 12 months probation. On Dec. 13 Clontz pleaded guilty to taking unauthorized control of property worth less than $750 belonging to Walmart, with intent to permanently deprive Walmart of the property between Aug. 24 and Sept. 5.

  • Roy D. Kelly, 52, 909 W. Main St., was sentenced Dec. 13 on one count second-degree theft. The sentence included restitution to be determined, $110 in court costs, $113.20 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 68 days in the county jail, credit for 68 days served. On Dec. 13 Kelly pleaded guilty to wrongfully exerting unauthorized control over property with a value exceeding $250 with intent to deprive the owner of the property Aug. 9, 2004.
