HELIX - The weather and Powder Valley's offense knocked Helix's boys basketball team out of the holiday spirit at its Christmas tournament Tuesday.
Powder Valley dropped the Grizzlies, 83-33, before snow canceled Helix's consolation game, which was slated for Wednesday.
"It's too bad because we would have liked to play, but it came down to the safety of all the players involved, and we just didn't know what the roads were going to be like by game time," said Helix head coach Brooke Garton.
