Teresa Zamora-Banda, 46, 1026-B Alvarado Terrace, was charged Jan. 29 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Zamora-Banda is accused of unlawfully delivering cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school bus route stop on Nov. 20 and 27.

Timoteo Banda, 40, 315 W. Sumach St., was charged Jan. 29 with three counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Banda is accused of being an accomplice to a person who allegedly unlawfully delivered cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school bus route stop on Nov. 20, and unlawfully delivering cocaine within 1,000 feet of school bus route stop on Jan. 8 and 15.

James D. Dunleavy, 27, address unavailable, was charged Feb. 1 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Dunleavy is accused of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine and using drug paraphernalia on Jan. 29.

Larry R. Damm, 22, address unavailable, was charged Feb. 1 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Damm is accused of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine with the intent to deliver it, and using drug paraphernalia on Jan, 29.
