Kelly Ann Ivy, 41, Renton, Wash., was sentenced Feb. 1 on one count violation of Uniform Controlled Substances Act-possession with intent to deliver marijuana within a state correctional facility. The court dismissed two other counts. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $62 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $1,000 violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act fee, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 each crime lab and biological fee, 15 months in the custody of the Department of Corrections, credit for six days served. On Jan. 19 Ivy pleaded guilty to unlawfully possessing with intent to deliver marijuana within the Washington State Penitentiary on or about Nov. 7.

Roy C. Castillo, 29, 309 Walla Walla Ave., was sentenced Feb. 1 on one count second-degree theft. The court dismissed one other count. The sentence included restitution of $424.97, $200 in court costs, $92.10 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 120 days in the county jail, credit for 54 days served. On Jan. 22, Castillo pleaded guilty to, along with others, stealing property from Walmart on March 1.

Stephen Robert Roop, 26, 1610 Hanford St., was sentenced Feb. 1 on one count each first-degree theft and forgery. The court dismissed two other counts. The sentence included restitution to be arranged, $200 in court costs, $54.40 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 90 days in the county jail, 90 days converted to Department of Corrections work crew. On Jan. 15 Roop pleaded guilty to, as part of a common scheme or plan, wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property of another of a value exceeding $1,500 and falsely making and cashing a check May 15.
