consent agenda: Call for bids from newspapers to print county legal advertising, approve appointment to Columbia Mosquito Control District board and other matters.

auditor: Approve postage machine purchase by county Auditor's Office.

bids: Open bids for hot mix and emulsified asphalt for use by county Road Department.

contracts: Award contracts for Touchet North Road project and chemical vegetation control products.

personnel: Approve additions and revisions to county personnel policies and operations manual.

TUESDAY

Workshop: Reports and miscellaneous business. No formal action to be taken.

COLLEGE PLACE

When: 7 p.m. Monday.

Where: College Place City Hall, 625 S. College Ave.

presentations: Presentations the Pacific Power Energy Resources Stewardship program and on the Myra Road-State Route 125 South project.

Surplus: Authorize sale of city-owned manure spreader purchased in 2000 to spread bio-solids from wastewater plant on fields.

reports: Walla Walla County Comprehensive Plan amendment process, 2009 year end reports, outside recycling program and Police Department monthly report.

Milton-Freewater City Council

When: 7 p.m. Monday.

Where: 8 S.W. Eighth Ave., Public Library Albee Room.

Community Grant: Authorize American Recovery and Reinvestment Act grant.

Appointments: Appoint assistants for development of City Council's budget.

ATHENA-WESTON SCHOOL BOARD

When: 7 p.m. Monday.

Where: Weston Middle School library, 205 E. Wallace.

FINANCE: Hear update on state's K-12 finance, including February revenue forecast for district.

PERSONNEL: Consider new hires and resignations.

MATH: Review of math textbooks for adoption.

TRUCK: Review bids on surplus pickup.

REPORTS: Hear reports from school's principals and other representatives.

DIXIE SCHOOL BOARD

When: 6 p.m. Monday.

Where: Dixie School.

PERSONEL: Discuss superintendent's contract.

MAINTENANCE: Discuss building and bus grounds maintenance.

REPORTS: Hear reports from superintendent and business manager.

CONSENT AGENDA: Consider approving accounts payable, $14,639, and payroll, $9,531. Set next meeting for March. 8.
