WALLA WALLA -- A half-day seminar is being coordinated at Walla Walla Community College to help people learn how to manage change for non-profit boards.
The seminar costs $45 and is scheduled for Feb. 19 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. It is geared to help board members and managers cope with inevitable changes on boards, according to a release. Presenter Nancy Macduff will guide a discussion of how change impacts individuals in an organization. The goal of the seminar is for participants to leave with a strategy to organize smooth transitions on boards; and manage change without losing board members or funding.
Registration is available by calling 527-4443 or online at www.campusce.net/wwcc under Club Ed. More information available by calling Nancy Kress at 527-4561.
