WALLA WALLA - Two more homes have sustained damage to their front doors following suspected prowls, according to reports.

A home in the 1000 block of Southview Drive in Walla Walla was listed as having its front door and casing damaged overnight Monday. A College Place home in the 1000 block of Colonial Drive also had an attempted break-in, with footprints found on the door, while the home's owner was in the house.

The two reports brings to five the number of area homes that have had front doors forced open or seriously damaged by a suspect or suspect. The other prowls were reported early Monday in the 800 block of Wellington Avenue, 1200 block of Studebaker Driver, and along Dresden Court outside the Walla Walla city limits.

Monday's reports were made between 12:20 a.m. and about 2 a.m. to the city's Police Department and Walla Walla County Sheriff's Office.

There is no suspect information at this time, but anyone who may have seen or heard something at the time of the crimes is asked to call the Walla Walla Police at 527-4434 or 527-1960 after hours; or the Sheriff's Office at 524-5400.
